The design and construction of structures and facilities on the water’s edge has a mix of highly demanding characteristics with a complex marine environment: delicate, hostile and destructive at once. The land-based characteristics and demands are equally diverse with typically poor soils, heavy loadings and the unforgiving operational demands of a 24/7 business.
