T&T offers a diverse range of pre-purchase and due
diligence services. Our respected team of auditors
and site contamination specialists offers prepurchase/
sale inspections to identify potential site
contamination issues and to assess the significance
of on-site contamination in terms of cost and
constraints on future site use.
Preliminary site investigations and
environmental assessments
T&T has undertaken over 100 site assessments ranging
from preliminary inspections, to comprehensive
NEPM standard environmental investigations. We
have experience with a wide range of contaminant
types, including petroleum hydrocarbons, chlorinated
compounds, heavy metals, PCBs, asbestos, PCP and
other timber treatment chemicals, pesticides and herbicides. With an in-house team of licensed drillers
and its own drilling rigs, T&T is able to offer innovative
and cost-effective solutions to clients for all stages of
contaminated site projects.
Risk assessment and toxicology
T&T has leading edge capability in environmental risk
assessment and our specialist staff are experienced in
a wide range of risk assessment work ranging from
simple qualitative evaluations, through to complex
quantitative modelling. Our team is trained in the
use of the latest USEPA and other industry standard
models, and are experienced in applying these<
to real problems to achieve useful and applicable
results.
Remediation
T&T offers a range of remediation services ranging
from physical clean up works, to engineered,
in-situ clean up strategies. Our team of scientists
and engineers has completed a large number of
successful remediation projects, including physical
clean up works, clean up validation, monitoring and
regulatory ‘sign off’. Accurate ‘high resolution’ site
assessment, comprehensive pilot trial assessment
and quantitative risk assessment methods are all
used to develop focused, realistic remediation action
plans for clients.
